Red Pepper Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager that has a reputation for leading, managing and reviewing the overall progress of software projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven record of completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

At Red Pepper Software we are passionate about building what matters. We develop custom software on many platforms for clients from a variety of industries, but it is all web and mobile-based development. We also partner with technology companies by providing implementation and integration services to their clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in project management
• Knowledge and experience with Agile project management methods and practices such as Scrum
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to manage several unique projects at a time
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
• Track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Skills & Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus
• Technical background in Microsoft technologies, platforms, and frameworks 
• Experience managing projects for Web Services and API development
• Knowledge and understanding of how to update tasks, bugs, and features with project management programs/software
